Before treatment:
The child was born at full term and had a history of dystocia. 3 months after delivery, his family found his growth retardation, inability to raise his head, slow development of movement and intelligence, and obvious chock during drinking water. He came to our hospital with his family for treatment 5 years ago, and his exercise, balance and intelligence were significantly improved after treatment. At present, the intelligence of children was slightly lower than that of children of the same age, he had poor language expression function, few vocabulary, poor calculation and balance, he could not stand, he could not walk.

Admission for physical examination:
His blood pressure 113/78mmHg, his heart rate 110beats / min. His height 126cm, his weight 25Kg. There was no damage, mucosa and no bleeding point on his skin. There was no congestion in the pharynx. Symmetrical chest, clear breathing in both lungs. There was no eminence in precordial region, strong heart sound, irregular rhythm (80-110 beats / min) and no murmur in each valvular region. His abdomen was flat and soft, and the liver and spleen were not touched under the ribs. There was physiological curvature of his spine and there was no edema in his both lower extremities.

Nervous system physical examination:
The patient’s sprit was clear but nervous, was easy to fear. His speech development was slightly delayed, but simple dialogue, poor pronunciation, small vocabulary. The ability of his memory and orientation was basically normal. His calculation force was poor, only the addition within 10 could be calculated, and the subtraction within 10 was difficult to calculate. His bilateral pupil was equal round, diameter 3mm, sensitive to light reflex, flexible eye movement, no obvious nystagmus. He could stick out his tongue in the middle, the ability of his chew and swallow was normal. He had soft neck and powerful shrug. His muscle strength and muscle tension of the limbs were basically normal. The tendon reflex was active in both upper limbs, slightly hyperactive in both lower limbs, and the pathological signs were negative. He had poor balance, could not stand and walk independently, needed the help of others. The rotation test was not good, the opposite finger test was clumsy, the completion of the calcaneus-knee-tibial test was poor, he could not stand stably when he closed his eyes. His Romberg sign was positive, and the meningeal irritation sign was negative.

Treatment process:
The diagnosis of admission is "1. Cerebral palsy 2. Ataxia 3. Sinus arrhythmia ". Neural stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells were given for neural repair therapy to improve circulation, nourish nerves, regulate immunity and other treatments, while comprehensive rehabilitation training was given.

After treatment:
