Before treatment:
Geronimo Munoz is a 12 year old boy. He suffered from having the cord around his neck for two weeks during his mother's pregnancy. The patient was born when his mother was 38 weeks pregnant. The patient suffered from no muscle movement. There was no nervous reflex. He had epileptic seizures and took antiepileptic drug for treatment. 3 months later, there was no epileptic seizure and he stopped taking any medications. He had rehabilitation from being a baby to now. Six years ago, the patient started walking by himself, but the walking gait was unstable. Three year ago, the patient suffered from hyperactivity and the time of duration was unequal. The patient suffered from general weakness. He could said “ah” and “mom”, but unclear. He could expressed hungry, like or dislike and excretion with body language. He understood what the food was for, he couldn’t chew or bite food only swallowed. He dribbled when he opened his mouth, he had less facial expression and walked abnormal. He had slight balance disturbance. Two years ago, he went to our center to have treatment, after the treatment, his cognitive function and comprehension were better, he could do simple orders and his motor function was better. The muscle power of four limbs had improvement, he could ride a 3-weel-bike and go up stairs by himself, his balance was better, but he need someone’s help to go down the stairs. His family wants a better life, so he comes to our medical center.
From the onset of disease, the patient still has good spirits. He has a normal diet and sleep. He used a paper diaper for urine and had stools 2 times each day, and the excrement was normal.
Admission PE:
Temperature: 36.3 degree, Br: 20/min, Bp: 116/70 mmHg, Hr: 96/min. The respiratory sounds in both lungs were clear, with no dry or moist rales. His heart sounds were strong and the cardiac rhythm was regular, with no obvious murmur in the valves. The abdomen was flat and soft, with no pressing pain or rebound tenderness. The liver and spleen were normal.
Nervous System Examination:
Geronimo Munoz was alert, his speech was poor. He could only say “papa” and “Mama”, but he couldn’t say other words. He could wave his hand to express “byebye”. He could not perform the memory, calculation or orientation examinations. His understanding was not so good, he could only understand simple questions and do simple orders. His attention was not so good. He could express hunger, defecation, likes and dislikes through body language. Both pupils are round and equal in size, with a diameter of 3.0mms. Both pupils had a sensitive reaction to light stimulus. The movement of the eyeballs was flexible. There was nystagmus. The forehead wrinkle pattern was symmetrical. Bilateral nasolabial sulcus was equal in depth. The tongue and the teeth were in the center of the oral cavity. There was no tremor in the tongue. He was unable to cooperate with the examination of lifting the soft palate. He could chew and bite food well. He had too much salivation and his facial expression was normal. He could turn the head and shrug the shoulders well. The muscle strength of the four limbs was level 5 through loose measure. The muscle tone of four limbs was normal. The tendon reflex of four limbs was normal. The bilateral abdominal reflexes was not elicited. The bilateral Babinski sign was positive. He had a wide gait and mild equilibrium disorder. He couldn’t stand on one leg. The patient couldn’t cooperate with the examination of the sensory system or coordinate movement examination. There was no sign of meningeal irritation.
Treatment:
After admission, Geronimo Munoz diagnosed as Cerebral palsy. He received 4 times of neural stem cell injection and 4 times of mesenchymal stem cell injection to activate the cells, nourishes neurons, improve circulation, protect his immunity. He also had physical rehabilitation.
Post-treatment:
After 3 weeks treatment, the patient’s spirit and emotion were better, his understanding, attention and imitative power were better. He could control himself better, he could say more voices and had less slaver. He had more facial expression. His motor function had improvement. When he walked, his balance was better. His gait was better and he had less waving when he was walking, he could walk stairs by himself. The treatment plan has been completed and discharge has been permitted.

The patient couldn't cooperate with the examination of the sensory system or coordinate movement examination. There was no sign of meningeal irritation.
Treatment:
After admission, Geronimo Munoz received the relevant examinations and was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. The patient received nerve regeneration treatment and stem cell activating treatment. He received treatment to improve the blood circulation in order to increase the blood supply to the damaged nerves, activate autologous stem cells and to nourish the neurons. This was combined with neurological rehabilitation treatment.
Post treatment:
The patient has more autonomous language. The hyperactivity is obviously reduced. And there is no obvious hyperactivity before discharge.
