Before treatment:
The patient had glaucoma for both eyes 10 years ago, he used eye drops but his eye pressure was not controlled well, his vision function decreased fast, the doctor changed his medicines and his eye pressure was controlled better. He did laser surgery in Dec. 2017, his vision functions was improved. At present, his left eye has light sense, he is able to see big objects in light environment, but during night, he is not able to see. His righ eye is able to see colors and fingers at the distance of 1 meter, he is able to see fingers at the distance of 2-3 meters when he wears glasses. He had cataract, he did lens replancement surgery in 2000 and 2001.
His spirit is normal, his sleep is good, he eats normal, his urination and defecation functions are normal.

Admission PE:
Bp: 131/86mmHg, Hr: 64/min, breathing rate: 18/min, body temperature: 36 degrees. His height is 178 cm, weight 95Kg. Nutrition status is good, normal physical development. There is no injury or bleeding spots of his skin and mucosa, no blausucht. The respiratory sounds in both lungs were clear, there was no dry or moist rales. The heart beat is powerful with regular cardiac rhythm, with no obvious murmur in the valves. The abdomen was bulge and soft, with no masses or tenderness. The liver and spleen were normal.

Nervous System Examination:
Patient was alert, clear speech. His memory, the orientation and calculation ability were normal. Both pupils were equal in size and round, diameter as 3.0 mm, the direct and indirect react to light were sensitive. Eyeballs can move freely, no nystagmus. His left eyes kept light sensation, he could distinguish big things shape. Her right eye could distinguish the finger and color in 1m distance. The 3m eyesight chart examination: both eyes corrected eyesight were 0.3, right eye corrected eyesight was 0.4, the naked eyesight were 0.12, right eye naked eyesight was 0.1, his left eyes only left some light perception ability. The visual field examination in 50cm distance: upward 21cm, downward 11.5cm, left side 15cm; his right eye visual field examination: upward 12cm, downward 16.5cm, left side 16cm. Eye fundus examination: right eye fundus color was faint yellow, or pale, some parts was slight red, the border of macula area was unclear, optic nerve head was pale, A/V 1:4, his left eye fundus main part was faint yellow, or pale, only small part was mild red, there were some osteoid deposit sediment of midperiphery area. The bilateral forehead wrinkle and nasolabial fold are symmetrical, show teeth is normal, he could make tongue out as normal. Neck could move freely, muscle tone of 4 limbs was normal, muscle power of 4 limbs was basically 5 degree. The abdominal reflex was normal, bilateral biceps reflex and radial periosteal reflex could not be induced by examination, the triceps jerk of both sides was normal. Bilateral patellar tendon reflex was normal. Ankle reflex could not be induced. Palm-jaw reflex was negative, Hoffmann sign of both sides was negative, upper limbs Rossilimo sign was negative. Both lower limbs pathological reflex was negative. Sensory system and coordinate movement were normal.

Treatment:
After the admission, he received related examinations, he received 3 times nerve regeneration treatment to repair his damaged nerves, replace dead nerves with new injected stem cells, nourish nerves, regulate his immune system and improve blood circulation, with rehabilitation training.     

Post-treatment:
After 14 days’ treatment, his eyesight showed good improvement, 3m eyesight chart examination: both eyes corrected eyesight were 0.6, right eye corrected eyesight was 0.5, the naked eyesight were 0.2, right eye naked eyesight was 0.25. His left eye naked eyesight was 0.1 at 80-90cm. The visual field enlarged at 50cm, downward 18cm, left side 32cm, the upward and right side were nearly normal. Right eye visual field examination: left side 29cm, downward 32cm, the upward and right side were nearly normal.
