Before treatment:
In October 2016, Bhella felt left limbs weakness after exercise and drinking, he had language problems, binocular staring soon after, after that, he lost consciousness and be taken to hospital, he was diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage, he received intraventricular drainage and related treatment, his conscious was back 1 month later, but there was left side stiffness and balance problems. At present, he feels dizzy, it is hard for him to speak, his balance function is bad, it is easy for him to fall down. He needs help to walk, his left side body’s definition is bad. He wants a better improvement, so he comes to our hospital.
His spirit and sleep are good. His defecation is normal. but he can’t control urination well, he urinate every 2 hours. He has hypertension and type 2 diabetes for many years. 

Admission PE:
Bp: 135/87mmHg; Hr: 59/min. BT: 36.4 degree, RP: 18/min, His nutrition was normal, his body type was good. There was an about 5 mm ulceration with exudation on his right lower limb. There was no oral purple and throat hyperemia. Thoracic was symmetry, his respiratory sounds of both lungs were clear, with no dry or moist rales. His heart sounds were strong with arrhythmia and premature beat occasionally, there was no obvious murmur in the valve area. His abdominal was flat and soft with no tenderness or rebound tenderness. The liver and spleen were normal, there was pitting edema on his lower limbs. His CK level and blood urea nitrogen level were higher than normal.

Nervous System Examination:
Bhella Resham Singh was alert and his spirit was good. He had dysarthria. His calculation memory and orientation abilities were normal. Both pupils were equal in size and round, the diameter was 2.0mms, the pupils reacted normally to light stimulus, both eyeballs couldn’t move normally and nystagmus, right eye had diplopia, His wrinkles on the forehead were equal in deep. Corners of his mouth biased to right side, tongue biased to right side as well. His neck was soft, his neck turned strong enough. The muscle power of four limbs was normal, control force of left limbs was poor. Double arm biceps reflection, radial reflex were active, double lower limbs’ patellar tendon reflex reduced, double side palm jaw reflex, Rossilimo sign, Hoffmann sign and Babinski sign were negative. His whole body deep and superficial sensation were basic normal. The right side finger-nose test was normal, the left side finger-nose test was poor. The left upper limb’s rapid rotation test was clumsy, finger to finger test and heel-knee-tibia test were normal. The meningeal irritation sign was negative.

Treatment:
After the admission, his diagnoses were definite. He received 3 neural stem cell injections and 3 mesenchymal stem cell injections to repair his damaged nerves, replace his dead nerves with normal cells, active stem cells in his body, improve the blood circulation in order to increase the blood supply to the damaged nerves and nourish the neurons. We also gave him rehabilitation training and control the blood pressure, blood glucose, adjust his renal function and blood lipid therapy.
       
Post-treatment:
After 15 days of treatment, he had less dizzy, he spoke clearer than before, he urinate less than before, especially at night, his blood pressure was stable in 110-130/70-85 mmHg, blood glucose was stable in 5.5-10.0mmol/L, his renal function was better than before, the muscle, CK level and urea nitrogen level decreased obviously. Ventricular premature beat reduced than before. He could control his lower limbs better and his balanced capacity was better than before when walking.
