Before treatment:
The patient felt pain under the double knee joints accompanied low skin temperature more than 4 years. She came our center as Swelling and pain of lower limbs ( peripheral nerve angiopathy) to get outpatient treatment.

The patient’s spirit was good, she slept and dieted well. Her urination and stool were normal.

Admission PE:
Bp: 116/78mmHg, Hr: 82/min, height:158cm, weight: 70 kg. Her bodily form was normal. Her nutrition was normal. Her lungs and heart were normal. The abdomen was soft, with no pressing pain or rebound tenderness. Double lower limbs under the knee joints were swollen, the left side was more obvious, the skin temperature slightly low. Double dorsalis pedis artery fluctuations was normal. Blood lipid: Chol and Tg were higher than normal.

Nervous System Examination:
She was alert and in a good spirit. Her memory, orientation and calculation ability were normal. The diameter of bilateral pupils was 3.0mms. The pupils reacted normally to light stimulus and she had no nystagmus and defect of field vision. Her eyeballs move flexibly. The forehead wrinkle and nasolabial groove are symmetrical. The tongue was in the middle. There was free movement in the neck.  The muscle tone of limbs was normal. The muscle strength of limbs was level 5 and the tendon reflexes were weak. The abdominal reflex was not elicited. The pathological reflex was negative. The deep and shallow sensation was normal. The coordinated movements were normal.

Treatment:
We gave her a complete examination and she was diagnosed with swelling and pain of lower limbs ( peripheral nerve angiopathy), Hyperlipemia. She received two times mesenchymal stem cell implant treatment to start to repair peripheral blood vessels and nerve regeneration, improve the blood circulation, regulate the immune, reduce the blood lipid, nourish nerves.

Post-treatment:
After 6 days treatment, the patient’s condition was better, the pain of lower limbs remitted completely, swelling disappeared, her blood lipid was normal.
